Acceptable use
This service is for educational use. Don’t try to break access controls. Don’t share personal information in prompts or notes. Don’t impersonate another user. Don’t redistribute lesson content commercially without a license.
AI outputs
AI outputs may be wrong. Treat everything as a draft to check. The operator is not liable for reliance on AI-generated content.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@neural-forge.io. We will process account deletion requests within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or present a legal or security risk to the service or other users. Where feasible and legally permitted, we will notify you before termination and give you an opportunity to export your data.
Limitation of liability
In plain English:We provide Tendril as a free service. We’re not liable for indirect damages. Our maximum liability is capped at $100. If you have an institutional agreement, different terms may apply — contact us.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEURAL FORGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
Dispute resolution
We want to resolve disputes without litigation. If you have a concern, please contact us at hello@neural-forge.io and we will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot reach a resolution through informal negotiation, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in effect at the time, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The governing jurisdiction will be updated in a future revision if Neural Forge incorporates or re-incorporates in a different jurisdiction. Federal and state courts sitting in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration under these Terms.
Changes
We will update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance via email and dashboard notice.
