Palmyra is Writer's enterprise model family. Unlike consumer chatbots, Palmyra is built around governed business workflows, agent platforms, brand consistency, and industry-specific models. It is a useful model family for Tendril because it teaches students that many AI deployments are boring on purpose: controlled, auditable, domain-specific, and connected to workplace systems.
