Customers will tell you what they liked and didn't. If you have lots of comments, AI can help you find patterns — like 'most people loved the chocolate one.'
Some examples
- 'Find the main thing 5 people liked: ...' (paste comments)
- 'What's the #1 complaint in these notes?'
- 'Group these comments into happy / sad / suggestions.'
- 'What should I change based on this feedback?'
