Temperature vs. Task
Pick the right temperature for the job, every time.

One Knob, Big Difference
Temperature is one of the sneakiest settings in AI. Low means predictable. High means creative chaos. Most apps hide this knob, but when you can turn it, you level up.
- Temp 0: same question, same answer, every time
- Temp 0.3: mostly stable, tiny bit of wiggle
- Temp 0.7: normal creative writing
- Temp 1.0+: wild ideas, often weird, sometimes genius

Temperature dial
Same question: 'Name a new ice cream flavor.' Watch the dial change the vibe.
Question to the AI: Describe a dog.
Temperature: 0.50 · Playful
AI response
“A dog is a tail-wagging sidekick who thinks the mail carrier is a villain.”
Low temperature: the AI picks safe, likely words. High temperature: it picks weirder, less likely words. Same question — very different vibes.

The big idea: the same AI can be a calculator or a wild poet depending on one slider. Pick the slider on purpose.
