Section 1
The AI keeps track within a chat
When you type more than one message in the same chat window, the AI remembers everything that came before. So your second question doesn't have to repeat the first. You can just say 'why?' or 'an example?' and it knows what you mean.
Conversation example
One starting question, four follow-ups, one final product.
ME: What is the water cycle?
AI: (explains evaporation, condensation, precipitation.)
ME: Cool. Why does the water disappear into the air instead of sinking down?
AI: (explains molecular energy and heat.)
ME: Can you give me a real-life example I see every day?
AI: (talks about a wet sidewalk drying in the sun.)
ME: Perfect. Turn that into a poem for my science journal.Look at what just happened. You started with a concept, got curious about the tricky part, asked for something you could see, and turned it into art. That's how real learning works.
Great follow-up phrases
- 1'Tell me more about the last part.'
- 2'Why is that?'
- 3'Can you give me three examples?'
- 4'What's the opposite?'
- 5'How would I explain that to someone who doesn't know anything about it?'
- 6'Is there a word for that?'
