The big idea
Big jobs are easier when you break them down — just like cleaning your room is easier one shelf at a time. AI agents do the same thing: they make a plan, take step 1, then step 2, checking along the way.
Some examples
- Step 1: read the question. Step 2: search. Step 3: write the answer.
- Plan a trip: choose date, find tickets, pick a hotel.
- Make a sandwich: bread, fillings, top, slice.
