The big idea
When a chatbot says something wrong, you can just ignore it. When an AGENT does something wrong, the action already happened. That is what makes agents both powerful and risky.
Some examples
- A chatbot suggests you buy 100 hats. You laugh and ignore it.
- An agent that can buy stuff might actually order 100 hats. Whoops.
- A chatbot tells you a wrong fact about your friend. You shrug.
- An agent that can send messages might actually email your friend with that wrong fact. Yikes.
