AI is great at productivity. It is also great for personal reflection. You can journal with it, ask big questions, or think through your feelings.

- 'Help me reflect on what I learned this year.'
- 'Ask me 5 questions to help me figure out what I am passionate about.'
- 'Help me think through this hard situation I am in.'
- 'I felt sad today. Help me journal about it.'
