When you talk to AI on your phone, the answer doesn't come from your phone. It comes from a giant warehouse far away, full of thousands of computers humming together.
Some examples
- Data centers are usually in cool places to keep computers from overheating.
- Some are bigger than 10 football fields put together.
- Your message zooms through cables under the ocean to reach them.
- All those computers use a LOT of electricity — like a small city.
