From Mouth to Words on Screen

When you talk to Siri, Alexa, or a kid-safe AI, your voice gets translated. The sound waves turn into squiggly numbers. The numbers turn into letters. The letters turn into words. All in less than a second.

The 4-step magic trick

Why it sometimes hears wrong

If you mumble, talk fast, or have a stuffy nose, the AI might hear "I want pizza" as "a wand of teasers." Talking clearly helps a TON.
