With AI everywhere, it is easy to start letting AI think for you, decide for you, or even feel for you. Do not. Stay YOU. AI is a tool — not who you are.

Some examples

Have your own opinions. Do not just go with what AI suggests.
Spend time without screens — running around, drawing on paper, talking to family.
Try things AI cannot do — physical activities, real-world experiences.
Keep your unique weirdness. AI smooths things into average. You should not be average — you should be YOU.
