The big idea
Different teachers have different rules about AI. Some say 'go ahead and use it.' Some say 'never use it.' Some say 'use it for ideas but not for the writing.' YOU have to know your teacher's rule.
Some examples
- Allowed: AI helps you brainstorm ideas. You write the actual essay.
- Allowed (sometimes): AI explains a math concept. You solve the problems yourself.
- Not allowed (usually): AI writes the essay and you turn it in as your own.
- Not allowed (usually): AI does the math problems and you copy the answers.
