The big idea
There's an important rule grown-ups are working on: AI should always tell you it's AI. If a website's chat helper sounds human but is actually AI, that should be clear.
Some examples
- Most chatbots have 'AI assistant' or a robot icon to show what they are.
- If a video calls you and sounds like a real person, ask out loud — real people will laugh.
- Some scammers use AI voices to pretend to be family. Always call back to check.
