AI Helping vs. AI Cheating: Know the Line

The big idea
There's a big difference between asking AI 'help me understand fractions' and copying AI's answer onto your homework. One makes you smarter; the other tricks your teacher.
Some examples
- OK: 'Explain how to solve this kind of problem so I can do it myself.'
- NOT OK: 'Write my whole essay so I can turn it in.'
- OK: 'Quiz me on my spelling words.'
- NOT OK: 'Take my online quiz for me.'
